People in Black...I guess

Some OCs that I own, I'll use them for future fictions that I'm gonna write.
The only names I've given to these characters are:
Mika (the girl with short hair)
Reynard or Ray (the guy with the hat)
Marcell (the guy next to the blindfolded guy)
Lily (the little kid)
Evan (the scarred guy)
Liana (the long-haired girl)
Kayla (the bow-tied girl)

I still don't know what kind of fiction or story I'm gonna use them in. They just randomly showed up in my mind, haha -_-

Anyway, OCs belongs to me No claiming please!

EDIT (25/09/2012): Reynard is now named Raymond. And Mika is now Marcia.
